The Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Science Council has voted to end the organization, effective in June 2025. This decision was a difficult one, as many board members had been very involved for many years. Unfortunately, limited corporate and professional society funding, challenges in finding volunteers to do the work, and decreasing interest in our STEM program by schools led to this decision.
We thank the many students, school coordinators, corporate and professional society sponsors, judge and interviewer volunteers, and especially the Board of Directors that formed the core of the DVSC programs over the years since its founding in 1946.
